bedrooms, luxury kitchen, luxury bathrooms, lots of
general living area with very comfortable furniture.
The pool is 30 feet long 15 feet wide with a shallow
end of 3 feet and a deep end of 6 feet having the benefit
of stainless steel handrails to help entry and exit
from the pool. A gas pool heater if required heats the
pool. The sundeck including the pool is 75 feet by 30
feet an area of 30 feet by 10 feet is covered with an
aluminium-shaded roof.
